As one of the owners at The Athletic Shop, Nathan is all-in on keeping our team on the leading edge of the sports apparel and embellishing industry!

Of our owners, Trevor is the quiet one. He likes working with numbers and does most of his job behind the scenes. Part of that work includes our staff getting paid, we like that! Thank you Trevor!

Clay enjoys all aspects of the business, but his favorite is engaging with our customers and working daily with the sales team to ensure customers are supported and to oversee that orders are executed quickly and with our high-quality standards applied for delivery!

Garrett is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He’s been with The Athletic Shop since our days at Red Bank. He’s an amazing team member, a great human, and easily the best softball player at The A-Shop!

Jeremy is our resident everything person. He can print it, he can embroider it, he can fix it, he does it all! With 20+ years in the screen printing and embellishing biz, we’re extremely lucky that Jeremy is leading our crew!

Jill has been with The A-Shop team for over five years. You can feel safe with your embroidery projects in her hands as she’s what we consider a master! An avid quilter, and an all around great person, we love having Jill on our team!

Our printing staff has 30+ years of combined screen printing experience… all projects large and small are in good hands with Kayla!

Mauri is another one our crew who can do it all. She’s part of the screen printing and embellishment team… She manages orders, she prints, she can rock all phases of the screen printing process. Your basic rockstar!

If you need accounting help, Jaessa is here in person for you! Billing can be a difficult part of the ordering process in the apparel business, not at The A-Shop!

You’ll notice a theme building with our A-Shop staff, most have talents in multiple fields… Maddy continues with this theme! She helps coordinate for a couple of our reps, she’s also a wizard with animation and the design world in general!

Katrina manages all of our online stores. We open and close thousands of apparel shops every year, Katrina makes sure it all goes off without a hitch!

We send and receive thousands of items daily. To maintain this madness, we rely on Matt to keep our operations running smooth. Matt also has an eye on our in-house inventory, as well as playing a major role in maintaining our high Ashop standards!

Simply put, Ashley is an artwork and logo specialist… You should see how quickly she cruises around adobe illustrator! We’re able to turn custom artwork projects and logos quicker than most, Ashley is a big reason for this! She’s also amazing at bringin’ your logo and t-shirt ideas to life!

We host thousands of online apparel stores for schools, sports leagues, and businesses. Rae leads the team that makes sure all of our web shop orders are getting produced and shipped in a timely manner! She is also a great artist who sells her work outside of the office!

One of the leaders of our Sales Team, Christel is an experienced in all fields of sports apparel. She also handles some of our larger corporate accounts, so whether it’s athletics or workwear, Christel has got you covered. With a storied history in Tennessee Volleyball, she’s also our Ace when it comes to club and school volleyball teams!

Rob is another one of our Sales Reps who enjoys working with schools and businesses in the state of Georgia, especially in North GA. With a ton of experience in the sports apparel business, we trust Rob with all accounts large and small… He’s also an expert in the corporate branding world, so with sports and workwear projects, Rob has you covered!

Stan is the Man. He’s one of our go-to reps for schools in the greater Chattanooga area. Stan loves adidas, football, and his Summer garden… If you get on his good side, he may bring you some of his hand-picked peppers and tomatoes.

According to Heath, he’s the best golfer at The Shop…. According to Heath! While the title for best A-Shop golfer is up for debate, there is no debate that Heath is an excellent Sales Rep. He handles most of our custom work with UTC. Heath also has lots of customers around Chatt and also enjoys working with his business and branding accounts, especially in logistics.

Houston is a newer member to The Athletic Shop Sales Team, but he’s already receiving rave reviews from his client base. He specializes in clients from Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Western North Carolina. Lots of golf represented in our team member profiles, as a group, we have a shot against any other custom shop in the state!

We’ve found that coaches can make great sales reps. Since they’re involved in ordering uniforms and training gear every year, they become a natural fit in the game of custom apparel. Everyone welcome Coach Danny to The A-Shop team!

Leigh Ann is known for her unmatched customer service and working very closely with her accounts to ensure their products arrive in a timely manner and to our high standards. Also, being the wife of a college football coach means she knows sports! Since joining our team Leigh Ann has brought tremendous value with her product knowledge and working closely to understand her partner’s needs!

Tommy has been a huge asset for the shop and has done just about everything. Although he works as a full-time sales rep, he also helps with maintaining our high operational standards through his deep and wide-ranging skill sets. Before joining the shop Tommy started and ran the Chattanooga Sports League before selling the business. Today Tommy still loves competing in a variety of sporting events, and you can often catch him attending UTC basketball games.

Jes, seen here on the left, is one of our Sales Reps out of Knoxville. He’s a family man who is always braggin’ on his son’s accomplishments… He’s also a proud Farragut Highschool Alum who loves working with his Alma Mater, and any other schools or businesses in the greater Knoxville area!

Having played and coached Highschool Football in Alabama, Blake was a natural fit to be our rep for that region. A Hall of Fame player on the field, and at The Shop… Blake is your man if you hail from the AL.

Let’s face it, if you’re a coach for any sports team… Chances are you’re going to make a good Sales Rep at The Athletic Shop! Coaches have been through the ordering process, they know what works and what doesn’t work. Zac is here to tell you what works!

The best thing about newer members to The A-Shop crew, is that they’re often more detail orientated than those of us who have been in the business for years. Haley is an important part of our group of reps that tend to be the glue in keeping our office together… Excited to have Haley on our team!

Justin is our resident skateboarder who used to shred back in his youth. In addition, with being a huge help to multiple sales reps, Justin claims he could still land an ollie kickflip. He is also the #1 pinball player in the office!

Stephanie is known for being incredibly easy to work with and making everyone’s job easier! She leads our fastest-growing department, managing a busy workflow with ease. Reps rely on her for ultra-quick turnarounds during crunch time, and she always delivers! Like many at The Athletic Shop, Stephanie is skilled in multiple areas and also helps with embroidery when needed. But as a loving mom, she’s no stranger to always being there for others—both at work and at home!

Tanner is a key player on our team as a B2B Account Executive, helping businesses find the perfect custom apparel solutions. With expertise in a variety of fields, Tanner brings a strategic approach to sales and customer relationships, ensuring every client gets top-tier service. Outside of work, he’s a passionate podcaster and enjoys exploring a variety of unique hobbies. Whether he’s closing deals or diving into his latest interest, Tanner is always driven by curiosity and connection!

Some fisherman are better than others. If The A-Shop ever put together a fishing team, we know who are captain would be! To answer your next question… Yes, we can produce custom jerseys for your fishing squad!

If you’re in the business of screen printing, you better have a reliable and consistent way to create your screens, clean your screens, and then possibly store them for later use… Corey is the man when it comes to making sure our screens are created and maintained properly. He’s also the best baseball player at The Shop and can throw some mean bags!

Tate brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to our production team. With a strong background in all things production, as well as graphic design, she’s already making an impact at the shop! We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the great things she’ll accomplish!

Bobby is a dedicated Sales Representative with a wealth of industry experience and a passion for helping customers find the perfect custom apparel solutions. Highly motivated and driven, Bobby brings energy and expertise to every client interaction. Outside of work, he’s a big fan of wrestling and loves Jiu-Jitsu, embracing the discipline and strategy both in and out of the gym. Whether in sales or on the mat, Bobby is always ready to take on a challenge!
